We're a family business, through and through. What started on the west side of Tinley Park — at 171st and 88th Ave — has grown into the Downtown Tinley Park salon we call home today, but the heart of it has never changed.
Cynthia has been grooming since 1988, trained one-on-one by award-winning competition groomer Jeanne Mulcahy — Cynthia was her very first student. That hands-on, old-school training still shapes the way every dog is groomed here: with patience, skill, and genuine care.
Carly grew up in the business, self-taught from the age of 15, learning the craft the same way so many family businesses pass things down. dog and cat grooming— by doing it, day after day, alongside the people who came before her.
Together, our team of longtime professional groomers brings decades of combined experience to every appointment. We believe professional grooming should feel personal, thoughtful and unhurried, with every pet treated as an individual — it should feel like home. Whether your pup needs a full groom, a quick bath, or just a nail trim, you can count on skilled hands and real care every time.

Our Location
You'll find us today in the heart of Downtown Tinley Park at 17210 Oak Park Ave — walkable, welcoming, and part of the neighborhood we've served since 2003, first on the west side of Tinley Park and now downtown.
